I'm an 8th grader ....

I don't get bullied,  people know me . and they know i stand with a strong personality and that nothing brings me down .In todays world everybody gets bullied . You get bullied for being ugly . For being a hoe . For being gay . For being Bi . For being poor . Theirs people in this world who have a really bad life and for you to come and bully them is the last thing they need . Those kids & teens that get bullied try there best to forget it . But no matter how hard they try it really hurts . we should all reconsider when we call a girl ugly or fat . Bullying comes in many different forms, from cyber bulling to physical bullying. It’s all wrong and it has to stop. Bullying has a real negative effect on the victim’s life. Those who are constantly bullied can be pushed to the breaking point, where they could end up hurting themselves or others. Why do students bully their class mates? I believe students bully other because they are insecure and lack confidence. They use bullying tactics to impress other students. Bullies thrive on attention they get from their fellow classmates. Their hurtful actions make them feel powerful and popular. Bullies pick on students who they think are weak in physical stature, unpopular with their peers, easily intimated, or discriminated against.

when i was in 6th grade i was a bit chubby so this guy in my class thought it was funny to tell me i was "a fat ass  or "to big" i never took it to seriously. that was until i started to doubt myself and think maybe those people are right. i used to think maybe i was fat and that's why no one liked me, i had a lot of friends i just thought maybe they think im fat to. instead of ignore those people and telling myself im not fat i over analyzed it and i actually thought i was.

after 6th grade ended i started seventh grade the next year. at the beginning of the year i didn't have any problems that is until one of my teachers moved me to a new seat in front of this mean 'popular'. i had trouble in that one class so would try to ask questions and that girl would say "why are you asking questions whats the point" she would also tell i was : stupid, mean, ugly, weird, dumb, a bitch, and a lot of other mean words. i had a lot of other classes with her so whenever she got the chance she would tell me all that mean stuff and when i would tell her to be quiet or to stop my teachers would get mad at me for talking. i never told my teachers what she was doing because they would hear her say all that mean stuff and they never did anything. some days i wouldn't want to go to school because of all that teasing, and i never told my mom because she never listened to me about it. when i would go to school and she wasn't there i relieved that she wasn't there to tell me things. once the year passed by and it came to an end i started changing and stretching and getting skinnier and i started to feel better about myself. i knew that i wasn't fat or stupid, mean, or ugly. i knew that when i was chubby it was just a phase, it was just baby fat and i knew that i wasn't stupid or ugly yet somehow those people who teased me thought it was okay but i wasn't. BULLYING IS NOT AN OPTION AND ITS NOT OKAY TO HURT SOMEONES ELSE JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO FEEL BETTER THAT THEM. 

If you see someone being bullied speak up, or if its you don't keep it to yourself tell someone about it and if they don't listen keep speaking up don't give up.

this was two years ago and now im a freshman in high-school and im an outspoken person and i absolutely don't like people who bully other people. i speak up for those who cant i am determined to make sure that bully comes to an end. i don't think other people should have to go through this or anything like this.

Teachers. We are suppose to trust them but its hard when they don't do ANYTHING about us getting bullied. The worst I ever been through is me being tall and skinny. Yes even when you are pretty people say I have surgery to look pretty and that nothing I have is real. Teachers say sticks and stones may break my bones but words may never hurt me, we'll teacher say that to the millions oaf kids that have hurt themselves from words that HAVE hurt them.

I have been bullied since i came to my school the thing is my mothers the principle so she cant do anything about it. in our school the bullying is different its physical and mental the teacher try to do a lot to get rid of the bully's and bring in bullying campaigns. I usssualy talk to the school nurse to help i have watched the movie Bullied and i know exactly how they felt it really hurts. To think that people get so badly bullied and hurt.

i have really never been bullied maybe acouple times but not serously.I dont understand why people these days spread out into groups like the populars, the geeks,the nerds, and the others. If every one could be equal life would be easy but life isnt supposed to be easy. And we judge by looks and what kind of clothes we have what kind of cars we have what kind of house we have how much money we have. And what i dont get is why people dont at least TRY to get to know other people. I have seen bullying before theirs this boy i know he has a problem with how he speaks and he goes to my church hes really funny and sweet and his mom used to be my babysitter and one time when we went to walmart these kids bumped into him and they started to do somthing to get him angry and i came up to them and started to tell them to get away and they did and those 2 words made a diffrence to how i act and feel about others and what i think about others i always get to know people before i judge thats what a good judge does and when people hurt themselves and commit suicide to get attention it make sme feel sad and makes me cry that someone on this planet loved them and cared about them and it would just break their heart. And you also cant judge the bullys either you really dont know why they bully and you dont know what goes on at their homes to have all that anger to hurt someone like that and these days we cant stop it but we sure can tryso stand up when you see it happening do somthing make a change!

My class has a bully. She is very mean. She bullies everybody, especially 1st graders. Then I spoke up and eventually everybody started speaking up. It was amazing and everybody was happy. That was my experience of bullying.

all thro out my school years i got made fun of cus my hair is red and my sister would bully me all thro my life cus i would pee in bed so she have every one calling pp patty and it hut but i told my self i will take it anymore and i stood up for my self and others that get bulled in school

This girl at my high school always says "go kill yourself." She doesn't say it to me, and she says it jokingly. But that's no excuse, it made me think about what if she said it to the wrong person, and they actually did end up killing thei rself. It's starting to hurt my feelings, even when she is saying it to someone else. She's always complaining about how bad her life is, she always tells me stories about how "bad" her dad is to her. When really her dad is just asking to spend quality time together and all she does is push him and everyone else away. She has this harsh attitude, and to be honest I am sick and tired of it. About 2 days ago I told her, "Would you stop saying that?! What if one day I killed myself?!" She just replied back with an obnoxious and sarcastic "okay." I always wonder why people like her, she's so mean. Like why ya gotta be so mean?

I can recall being the same age as Alex and Ty going to school and having other children bully me. I was talked about, called names and as I progressed to high school physically slammed into lockers. By 9th grade I finally told myself I was not going to take it anymore and it wasn't until I fought back and found a voice for myself that other children started to respect me. Watching the documentary Bully really touched me and I strongly believe there need to be laws in place that state if a child causes another child to hurt/kill him or herself they should be held responsible in the court of the law. We need to take a stand.  

I'm 12 years old now. I have experience bullying from fourth grade. But I never get annoyed. Its because the girl and the boy was a trouble maker. But,since I was seventh grade (In a different school), I was bullied by my classmates. They say I'm insanity,stupid,abnormal. When we go to study tour,we are passed a asylum. They told me that's my home. My mother (my father has died) doesnt know
